Refund Policy

At TwoF Technologies, we are committed to providing quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please carefully read our refund policy below:

1. Services Provided

Our services include website design, custom software development, online advertising campaign management, and other services related to digital transformation. Once the service has started or been delivered, it is generally considered non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 7 days

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel your project before the start of work, we will issue a full refund of payments made, after receiving your written cancellation request.

4. Cancellation After Project Start

If the project has already started, a partial refund may be granted based on the progress of the work. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the services provided up until the cancellation date.

5. Technical Issues or Errors

If a technical error is identified on our side after service delivery, we will correct these errors at no additional cost. If the issue persists despite our efforts, we may consider a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the problem.

6. Delivery Delays

If we fail to meet the agreed delivery deadline for the project, we will offer a partial refund based on the accumulated delay and the services provided up until that point.

7. No Refund for Additional Services

Additional services, such as modifications beyond the initial project scope or maintenance requests after delivery, are non-refundable.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to settle the invoice, unless otherwise specified. 14 business days.

9. Exceptions

Certain exceptions may apply depending on the nature of the service or specific agreements made prior to the service. These exceptions will be clearly outlined in the contract signed with the client.
